Guilherme Hubner Ramos

When I was 14 years old I decided to study International Relations. At that moment I did not realise how awesome that decision would be. Today I am 34 years old and I am building a career in IT Sales. I worked in different countries (Brazil, Argentina and Australia) in large multinational brands (Google, Oracle, EMC Dell and Cisco) and I have experienced many situations, when I could be a good team player, to be able to adapt quickly and to be a leader not a follower. My decision to work in the IT industry comes from my passion to learn. IT is the most challenging industry because you need to study hard to be up-to-date and I derive pleasure from this. I also believe that through technology, it is possible to change business to become more efficient and drive progress in the society. Working as a salesman is easy to explain as I thrive in competitive environments. I am proud to tell the stories about the awards that I received in the last few years and also about my last promotion. Although I do like competitions, including board games in my personal life, I always love helping people. Very often colleagues come to ask me for professional advice. To sum up, I am customer-oriented. Every day I wake up in the mornings and I think, what I can do for them to provide a true customer experience, exceed all their expectation and also how I can improve as an employee, colleague, son, citizen and friend.
